Paracetamol 500mg Soluble Tablets are indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, migraine, neuralgia, toothache, sore throat, and period pains. They are also effective for reducing fever and alleviating symptoms of colds and flu.

Description
Each soluble tablet contains:
- Active ingredient: Paracetamol 500mg
- Excipients (depending on brand): Sorbitol (E420), Sodium bicarbonate, Citric acid, Saccharin sodium, Sodium carbonate, Povidone, Dimethicone.
Directions for Use: Adults, the elderly, and children over 12 years: Dissolve 1 to 2 tablets in at least half a glass of water (100ml) and drink immediately. Repeat every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children aged 6 to 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet in at least half a glass of water (100ml) and drink immediately. Repeat every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not give to children under 6 years of age.
Warnings:
- Do not take more than the recommended dose.
- Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products.
- If you are pregnant, consult your doctor before taking this medication.
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
- Contains sodium; consult your doctor if you are on a low-sodium diet.
- Contains sorbitol (E420); if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicinal product.
