(Please note that certain items may have shipping and sales restrictions, preventing them from being shipped worldwide.)
For orders exceeding £30 (excluding infant baby formula and bulky/heavy items), our standard delivery to the UK is free. Orders below £30 incur a £2.99 charge for Standard UK Delivery and £4.49 for Tracked 48 & Signature. It’s important to note that Tracked 48 is dispatched via Royal Mail and this does not guarantee 48 hours delivery.
In Ireland, standard delivery for orders under £30 starts from £10.10.
International standard delivery typically ranges from 7-14 days for EU customers and 7-21 days for those outside the EU. While we aim for timely delivery, transit times through customs may vary, potentially causing slight delays.
International delivery charges start from £15.99 for Europe and £39.99 for the rest of the world, covering postage for most orders. If additional postage costs are necessary due to weight or other factors, we’ll promptly contact you with a quote.
Please note that certain items, such as medicines and products classified as Dangerous Goods by the Civil Aviation Authority (e.g., aerosols), cannot be shipped internationally.
