We value our customers and want to ensure we meet your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with our service, please let us know so we can improve.

 

How to Submit a Complaint

 

You can submit a complaint by emailing us at hello@thehealthpharmacy.co.uk. Please include your name, contact information, and a detailed description of your complaint.

 

Our Complaint Handling Process

 

Once we receive your complaint, it will be reviewed by one of our Pharmacist Managers, Kiran Parikh, Rishi Parikh or Vinodini Parikh . We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

 

Escalation Process

 

If you’re not satisfied with the resolution, you can escalate the complaint by contacting the GPhC or MHRA.
