How to Use:

• Adults and children over 12 years: Apply a thick layer to the chest, throat, or back up to 3 times daily.
• Children aged 2 to 12 years: Apply lightly to the chest or back, up to 3 times daily.
• Not suitable for children under 2 years.

Gently massage the ointment onto the skin and cover the area with loose clothing to allow vapours to be inhaled. Alternatively, add a spoonful of Vicks VapoRub to a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapours for direct relief of nasal congestion.
