Ingredients:

• Valerian Root Extract (Valeriana officinalis): 50mg
• Passion Flower Extract (Passiflora incarnata): 30mg
• Hops Strobile (Humulus lupulus): 10mg

Dosage:

• Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take two tablets one hour before bedtime.
• Children under 12 years: Not recommended.
