Ingredients

Each Paramol Tablets Pain Relief contains:

• Paracetamol 500mg – Relieves pain and reduces fever.
• Dihydrocodeine Tartrate 7.46mg – A mild opioid that enhances pain relief.

Other ingredients: maize starch, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, sodium metabisulphite.

Dosage Instructions

• Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
• Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Take tablets with water and avoid exceeding the recommended dosage. If pain persists, consult a healthcare professional.

Possible Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Drowsiness, nausea, constipation, dizziness, or dry mouth.
• Rarely, allergic reactions such as skin rashes or breathing difficulties may occur.

If you experience severe side effects, such as difficulty breathing or swelling, seek immediate medical attention.

Warnings and Precautions

• Do not take if you are allergic to paracetamol, dihydrocodeine, or any other ingredients in the product.
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may increase drowsiness.
• Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor.
• Prolonged use may cause dependency. Use only as directed.

Drug Interactions

• Do not use alongside other medications containing paracetamol to avoid overdose.
• Consult your pharmacist or doctor if you are taking antidepressants, sedatives, or other opioid painkillers.

• Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
