Dosage and Administration

• Adults and children aged 12 and over: Add 2-3 drops to a tissue or handkerchief and inhale deeply. For a more intense effect, add to hot water and inhale the vapours.
• Children aged 3 months to 12 years: Use 1 drop on a tissue or place near the child but out of reach. Avoid direct application to skin.
