Kwells Travel Sickness Tablets are a fast and effective solution for preventing and controlling travel sickness. The active substance in Kwells tablets is hyoscine hydrobromide, which temporarily reduces the effect of movement on the balance organs of the inner ear and the nerves responsible for nausea.

Travel sickness, also known as motion sickness, occurs when the brain receives conflicting information from the eyes and the inner ear. While the eyes inform the brain that the immediate surroundings are stationary, a delicate balancing organ in the ear tells the brain that you are moving. This conflicting information triggers the nausea we associate with travel sickness.

Kwells tablets are designed to melt in the mouth, ensuring rapid absorption into the bloodstream. They can be taken up to 20–30 minutes before travelling or at the onset of sickness, providing quick relief and making travel more comfortable.

Each tablet contains 300 micrograms of hyoscine hydrobromide and can be sucked, chewed, or swallowed. They have a scoreline so they can be halved if necessary.

Dosage Instructions:

• Adults: Take one tablet every 6 hours, as required. Do not take this medicine more than 3 times in 24 hours.
• Elderly: Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking Kwells tablets.
• Children over 10 years: Give your child half or one tablet every 6 hours, as required. Do not give your child this medicine more than 3 times in 24 hours.
