What are Gaviscon Tablets?

Gaviscon Tablets are chewable tablets designed to alleviate heartburn and acid reflux. Simply chew and swallow these tablets after meals and before bedtime to relieve annoying heartburn, anytime and anywhere. Available in delightful strawberry and peppermint flavors, these tablets are suitable for individuals over 12 years old.

What is heartburn?

Heartburn, a common condition, is actually a symptom of acid reflux. Many people suffer from heartburn or acid reflux, which, while usually not serious, can be highly bothersome. Common symptoms of acid reflux, alongside heartburn, may include:

How will Gaviscon Chewable Tablets help to ease my heartburn?

Gaviscon Chewable Tablets contain three active ingredients: sodium alginate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, and calcium carbonate. This prevents stomach acid from rising up the esophagus and irritating its lining, addressing acid reflux symptoms at their root.
