Description

Ingredients:

• Ferrous Fumarate 305mg (equivalent to 100mg of elemental iron)
• Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Lactose Monohydrate, Maize Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Black Iron Oxide (E172), Yellow Iron Oxide (E172), Red Iron Oxide (E172), Titanium Dioxide (E171)

Warnings:

• Keep out of reach and sight of children. Iron overdose can be fatal in young children.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Consult your doctor before use if you have a history of peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, or any other intestinal disorder.
• If you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine, as it contains lactose.

• Certain foods and beverages, such as tea, coffee, dairy products, and foods high in fibre, can also interfere with iron absorption. It is advisable to take Galfer 305mg Capsules on an empty stomach or with a source of vitamin C to enhance absorption.
• Inform your doctor of all medications and supplements you are taking to avoid potential interactions.

Dosage and Administration:

• The typical adult dose is one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.
• Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush or chew the capsule.
• For best results, take on an empty stomach. If stomach upset occurs, you may take it with food.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
