Bacterial Conjunctivitis is characterised by a redness and inflammation of the eye with the possible presence of a golden crust. The eye ointment should be used regularly for 5 days for the infection to clear.
Symptoms
- Redness: The white part of the eye (sclera) appears red or bloodshot due to inflammation.
- Thick Discharge (Pus): A sticky, yellow or greenish discharge may form, often causing the eyelids to stick together, especially after sleep.

- Wash hands thoroughly before and after application.
