Description
Active Ingredient:
- Sodium Citrate (4g per sachet) – an alkalising agent that helps neutralise the acidity in urine, which can reduce irritation and provide relief from pain and discomfort.
Indications: CanesOasis Cystitis Relief is indicated for the symptomatic relief of cystitis in women. It is suitable for adult women and girls aged 16 years and above who are experiencing the symptoms of cystitis.
Dosage:
- Adults and children aged 16 years and over: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (200ml) and drink immediately. Repeat this three times a day for two days.
- Important: If symptoms persist after the two-day treatment course, seek medical advice.
Warnings and Precautions:
- Not suitable for men, children under 16 years, or pregnant and breastfeeding women. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your GP or pharmacist before use.
- Consult your doctor if:
- You experience frequent bouts of cystitis.
- You have severe symptoms such as blood in your urine, fever, nausea, or vomiting.
- You suffer from any chronic medical conditions, particularly related to your kidneys.
- You are taking any other medication, especially those affecting your kidneys, or if you are on a sodium-restricted diet.
