Description

Dosage Instructions:
Adults and Elderly:
- Take two tablets daily.
- Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water (approx. 200ml), and drink immediately.
Children Over 12 Years:
- Dosage is the same as for adults: two tablets daily dissolved in water.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
Side Effects:
Adcal-D3 Dissolve Effervescent Tablets are generally well tolerated. However, some individuals may experience side effects, including:
- Mild gastrointestinal issues such as nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, or flatulence.
- Hypercalcaemia (high levels of calcium in the blood) in rare cases, leading to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, thirst, or confusion.
- Allergic reactions, although very rare, can occur. Symptoms may include rash, itching, swelling of the face, or difficulty breathing. If these occur, seek medical help immediately.
Warnings and Precautions:
- Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Consult your doctor if you have conditions such as kidney problems, high calcium levels, sarcoidosis, or if you are prone to kidney stones.
- Avoid use if you have hypercalcaemia or hypercalciuria (excessive calcium in urine).
- This product contains Aspartame, a source of phenylalanine, and should not be used by individuals with phenylketonuria (PKU).
