Active Ingredient:

• Paracetamol 120mg per 5ml

• Maltitol Liquid (E965)
• Sorbitol (E420)
• Xanthan Gum (E415)
• Glycerol (E422)
• Hydroxyethylcellulose
• Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E218)
• Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E216)
• Strawberry Flavour – FLAVOUR MAY VARY BASED ON BRAND
• Purified Water

Dosage:

• Children 3-6 months: 2.5ml (up to 4 times in 24 hours)
• Children 6-24 months: 5ml (up to 4 times in 24 hours)
• Children 2-4 years: 7.5ml (up to 4 times in 24 hours)
• Children 4-6 years: 10ml (up to 4 times in 24 hours)
• Children 6-8 years: 10ml to 15ml (up to 4 times in 24 hours)
• Children 8-10 years: 15ml to 20ml (up to 4 times in 24 hours)
• Children 10-12 years: 20ml to 25ml (up to 4 times in 24 hours)
• Adults and children over 12 years: 20ml to 40ml (up to 4 times in 24 hours)

Warnings:

• Do not exceed the stated dose.
• Do not give to children under 3 months old.
• If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
• Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products.
• Excessive use can be harmful and cause serious damage to the liver.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.
• Seek immediate medical advice in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well.

Side Effects: Paracetamol is generally well-tolerated when taken as directed. However, possible side effects include:

• Allergic reactions such as rash or swelling
• Blood disorders such as thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) and leukopenia (low white blood cell count)
• Liver and kidney damage with prolonged use or overdose

If you experience any of these side effects, or any other unusual symptoms, stop using the medication and seek medical advice immediately.

Interactions: Paracetamol may interact with other medications, including:

• Blood thinners (e.g., warfarin)
• Antiepileptic drugs (e.g., carbamazepine, phenytoin)
• Medicines for nausea and vomiting (e.g., metoclopramide, domperidone)
• Cholestyramine (used to lower cholesterol)
