How to Use:
- Adults and children over 12 years: Add 4–5 drops of Nuage Vapour Oil to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Lean over the bowl, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply for 5–10 minutes.
- Children aged 2–12 years: Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot water and supervise inhalation carefully. Alternatively, place 2–3 drops on a tissue and allow the child to breathe in the vapours.
- For a room vapour: Add a few drops to a humidifier or bowl of warm water and place in the room.
