Description

How to Use:

1. Preparation: Before the first use, stretch the balloon to make inflation easier.
2. Assembly: Attach the balloon to the nose piece.
3. Inflation:
   • Hold the round part of the nose piece firmly against one nostril.
   • Close the other nostril with your finger.
   • Inhale deeply, close your mouth, and inflate the balloon by blowing through the nostril until the balloon is the size of a grapefruit.
   • Repeat the process with the other nostril.
4. Frequency: Use the Otovent at least three times a day for the first week, inflating the balloon once in each nostril per session. After the first week, reduce usage to twice a day.

Side Effects:

• Temporary discomfort or pressure in the ears
• Mild nasal irritation
• Rarely, allergic reactions (such as redness, itching, or swelling)

Warnings:

• Do not use if you have a severe cold, nasal congestion, or an ear infection.
• Always supervise children during use.
• If you experience persistent pain, discomfort, or any adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
• Keep out of reach of children when not in use.
• Store the device and balloons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Additional Information:

• Each balloon can be inflated up to 50 times.
• Clean the nose piece with mild detergent and rinse with clean water after each use.
• Otovent can also be beneficial for relieving ear discomfort during flights and for scuba divers needing to equalise ear pressure.
